Great house for a group right by the river. The property is good for overnight stays and very close to Whitewater Amphitheater and some good bars. The only downsides are the check in process (which uses a different app/website that was buggy for our checkin) and host/manager who does not always respond to requests (we were arriving a bit early and asked to check in one hour early - a simple no would have been fine but host/manager didn’t respond at all). There is a list of tasks to complete at check out with a fine of up to 500 if they’re not done.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and nicely furnished and maintained. This is a wonderful place on the Guadalupe River.
